Noble firs grow well here at the 1500ft. elevation with the cooler temperatures and abundant precipitation.  Nobles naturally have an open-layered look - ideal for hanging ornaments.  To maintain this characteristic and the unique form of each tree, annual shaping of each tree is done with hand pruners.  Therefore a variety of width and density can be found amongst the trees which range from 3ft. tabletops to hard to find 12 footers.  Buyers are encouraged to visit the field to mark the trees that meet their tastes.  Small orders are welcome and are often combined with orders from other members within the Oregon Christmas Tree Growers Association.

As a small grower of nobles for over twenty years, I can assure you that each order is important  and gets my individual attention.  Trees are cut as close to the shipping date as possible to ensure maximum freshness.  The use of chemicals on the trees and soil are kept to a bare minimum - weeds are often hoed instead of sprayed - to maintain the natural checks and balances.

Hood near Corbett, Oregon at 1,000 feet of elevation, our location is perfect for growing Noble fir.  Just 12 miles to Interstate 84, it is also convenient to shipping routes to get your trees to market easily and cheaply.  We cut our trees just prior to shipping to ensure the freshest tree possible.  Our attention to individual customer needs will keep you coming back year after year.

M&W Tree Farm is home to Gerry and Sue Willits, two 18 year-old sons, and two golden retrievers.  We have been growing Christmas trees since 1985.  We don't just provide quality trees and service at reasonable prices, but also work very hard to ensure that the trees are delivered on time and ready for market.

Parson Landing Christmas Tree Farm is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest just miles away from the final stop in the 2000 mile long Oregon Trail. Our family owned and operated farm grows both Noble Fir and Douglas Fir Christmas Trees. After a seedling is planted on our farm, we spend the next 7 to 9 years cultivating that tree and preparing it for harvest. Extreme attention to detail is put into each of our trees, to ensure they are high quality Christmas Trees for our customers.
